Stephanie Gindorff, Intern

If you have been apprehensive about trying therapy, or you have been challenged to get your child or teen to set foot in a therapy office, Griffey and I are here to help! Research has shown that a calm therapy dog helps clients feel more grounded in their surroundings and increase their ability to regulate their emotions and be attentive to healing processes in session.

With or without Griffey present (it is totally up to you), you can expect to feel safe to reflect and explore on the less than perfect realities of life, without fear of judgment. I offer a warm, encouraging presence no matter what challenges you want to address.

I am happy to email or chat about what your needs are and determine if I might be the right person to help. I provide in-person sessions at our Lakeville office on M,T,Th and Fridays. I can provide telehealth sessions for anyone in Minnesota.

I am currently a Saint Mary's student finishing my practicum, and am supervised by Sheila Anderson, LMFT-S.  I provide in-person sessions at our Lakeville office on M,T,Th and Fridays. I can provide telehealth sessions for anyone in Minnesota.
