Sheila Anderson, MA, LMFT

Founder, Individual, Couples, and Family Therapist &  Board Approved Supervisor

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, the founder of Panoramic Perspectives Therapy and Training, and a Minnesota Board Approved Supervisor.

For nearly two decades, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside individuals, couples, families, and fellow clinicians in a variety of therapeutic settings. I founded Panoramic Perspectives in 2022 with a vision of creating a practice where clients feel genuinely cared for and where developing clinicians receive the thoughtful support, guidance, and mentorship they need to grow.

I believe that understanding the “why” behind our struggles is important, but so is having concrete tools to help us navigate life differently. I enjoy helping clients develop coping skills while also exploring the underlying experiences, relationships, and patterns that may be contributing to their current challenges.

My goal is to meet you where you are, understand what matters most to you, and work together toward meaningful and sustainable change.

Whether I’m sitting across from a client or supervising a developing clinician, I believe strongly in the power of authentic relationships. I want people to feel seen, respected, and supported—and feeling a little more capable, hopeful, and equipped for whatever comes next.
