Rates

Intake session $175 (individual, couple or family, virtual or in-person)

60 minutes session $165 (individual, virtual or in-person)

50 minute session $150 (individual, couple or family, virtual or in-person)

Group Therapy $40 per person for each session (virtual or in-person)

Insurance

We are currently in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Health Partners/Cigna, Medica, Sanford Health, United Behavioral Health, United Healthcare, UMR, UCare and Medicare in 2024.

If you do not see your insurance company listed here, you can choose to use your out-of-network benefits, or private pay. 

Prior to scheduling your first appointment it is in your best interest to call your insurance provider and ask these questions:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Payment & Scheduling

We accept cash, check and all major credit cards, HSA and FSA benefits. We do have a late cancellation/no-show policy you will learn about at your intake session.
