Natalie Fafinski, MA

Natalie is passionate about helping individuals navigate through life's challenges and offers an individualized therapeutic experience through collaboration, honesty, and trust. She believes in the value of connection to allow for a safe and supportive environment through exploration of past hardships, current obstacles, and future endeavors. Natalie prioritizes a client-focused approach in helping the people she works with to express themselves freely, receive non-judgmental acceptance, and promote their own personal growth.

Natalie uses warmth, honesty, and connection within her therapy space. She works with adults and adolescents from many walks of life, and enjoys working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, self-esteem struggles, postpartum and perinatal concerns, barriers to body positivity, difficulty life transitions, and trauma. She is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), while also drawing from Narrative Therapy and Attachment-Based Theory to assist in processing pain, trauma, and emotional turmoil of the past and present.
