Sarah Christianson

I work with clients ages 5 and up, and I especially enjoy partnering with parents of children and teens who are navigating big emotions, anxiety, or depression. My training and experience have sparked a passion for helping kids, adolescents, and their families move through the unique challenges that come with this stage of life.

I know that opening up can feel uncomfortable and vulnerable, so my goal is to create a safe, warm, and nonjudgmental space where you feel supported and understood. Together, we’ll build a trusting relationship that allows you to express yourself freely while also learning practical tools to handle life’s challenges with more confidence. My style is collaborative, curious, and direct—I’ll walk alongside you, offering new perspectives and strategies while respecting your lived experience.

I am currently a student at Saint Mary’s University and receive supervision from Sheila Anderson, LMFT. If you think we may be a good fit, I invite you to request a free consultation or schedule an appointment.
